One of Switzerland's largest and most storied rowing clubs keeps its logbook with strokebook.

    Sound familiar?

One club, five tools – and none of them talk to each other.

    01

    Five apps for one club.

One for the logbook, one for coaches and athletes, one for members and invoices. None of them talk to each other, everything maintained twice.

    02

The committee is drowning in admin.

Address changes, lists, follow-ups – volunteer hours that really belong to the club. And coaches don't have it any better.

    03

    Member data scattered everywhere.

In Excel, in WhatsApp groups, in private inboxes. A revDSG problem waiting to happen – and when in doubt, the committee is liable.

    04

Nobody sees what's going on in the club.

Who is on the water right now? Which boat is free? Who could I row with next time? Today: no answer.

    Only strokebook can do this

Your club, live in every pocket.

Every member opens the logbook on their phone – who's on the water right now, which crews are out – and can like and comment on every outing.

That openness is what gets people rowing together. The logbook becomes your club's meeting point.

    Insights

    Every session becomes knowledge.

What gathers dust in Excel today becomes a live picture: the committee sees at a glance which boats are worth it, where to invest and who carries the season.

    Invest or replace?

Bubble size = number of boats

Every boat type by demand and age — the top-right area needs budget first.

    Budget recommendation 2026
    Replace first
Doubles (avg. 14 y) and singles — in high demand, but the oldest hulls in the fleet.
    Keep rowing
Fours — young and solidly booked. No action needed.
    Don't replace
Eights — old, but low demand. Phase out instead of buying new.
